- Text contrast that meets WCAG AA against the backgrounds used
- Interactive targets at least 44×44 CSS pixels (buttons and links 48px minimum)
- Visible keyboard focus indicators that are not removed
- No content that relies on colour alone to convey meaning
- Content that reflows and remains usable at 320px width and at 200% zoom
- A print stylesheet
- No animation, no autoplay media, no time limits
- Arial / Helvetica typography with system font fallback
Known limitations
This site has not been formally tested with assistive technologies by an independent auditor. Known or likely limitations:
- Screen reader behaviour has not been independently verified across JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver and TalkBack.
- The site relies on JavaScript to display practice contact details. A <noscript> message provides a fallback telephone number, but the full contact list is not available without JavaScript.

Practice contact details are shown on each practice's information page. If you cannot use the site at all, please telephone the practice directly using the number on your appointment letter or prescription.
